You do not have to attend the Auction to bid for items! (See below proxy bidding)

Proxy Bidding
Even if you cannot attend you can bid on items by using the proxy bidding form. This is available to download below:

You can email, the form back to fundraising@parishcf.church, or drop the form into the Parish Office. This needs to be by 5pm on Thursday 3rd July at the latest to allow us time to process it. Unfortunately we are not going to be able to process any proxy bids submitted after that time. Those who cannot attend will not have a paddle number therefore we need your name and contact details. You can bid on anything in the auction. Please quote the lot number(s) of the item that you are bidding on, a one or two word description of it eg ‘Cathedral print’ and your maximum bid for the individual lot.

Collection of items
It is hoped that many of you will be able to take your winning items with you. This will not be possible for a number of lots therefore arrangements will be made for the items to be delivered at a mutually agreed date or picked up on the following morning.
If you have generously donated an item but it does not unfortunately sell or meet its reserve we will also have these items available for pick up on the Saturday morning if you wish to have it back. Otherwise we will donate to a local Christian charity shop.
